With over 20 years of experience as a licensed builder, including 15 years owning and operating his own custom-building company, Jason brings extensive industry knowledge and practical experience to his role as a New Home Design & Sales Professional at Evoca Homes.
With experience across everything from economical homes to high-end luxury residences, Jason takes a customer-focused approach, listening closely to each client and finding the right solutions to bring their vision to life.
A multiple housing award winner, Jason is passionate about quality, design and delivering homes his clients can be proud of. For him, building is about more than constructing a house – it’s about creating the right home for each individual client.
Jemma McCabe

With a Bachelor of Architectural Design and over eight years’ experience in residential building design, Jemma brings a blend of technical expertise, creativity and industry knowledge to her role at Evoca Homes.
With experience in custom home design and new home sales, Jemma is passionate about creating homes that suit each client’s lifestyle, budget and block of land. Her architectural background allows her to provide tailored design solutions that maximise functionality, street appeal and value.
Known for her approachable nature and attention to detail, Jemma is committed to making the building journey enjoyable and stress-free, guiding clients with honest advice and clear communication from concept through to contract.
Tanya Towns
About Tanya:
With extensive experience across both New Homes and Established Homes, Tanya brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a genuine passion for helping clients find the perfect home.
Originally beginning her real estate career in the UK, Tanya went on to manage a flagship branch in Chelsea before moving to Australia in 2003. She later owned and operated a successful fabric wholesale business before returning to the New Homes industry eight years ago.
Tanya is known for her genuine care, transparency and commitment to understanding each client’s needs, helping them create a home that suits their lifestyle, budget and vision.
For Tanya, the most rewarding part is seeing a client’s vision come to life – and building lasting relationships that often continue long after handover.
